Interpreting
Interpreters‘ fees are calculated on the basis of daily (up to 8 hours incl. breaks) or half-day rates (up to 4 hours incl. breaks). These fees cover preparatory work for the conference (one to several days of familiarizing with the respective technical field, research, preparing glossaries etc.).
In addition, the customer bears travelling costs, accommodation and board of interpreters if the conference takes place outside Vienna or if interpreters have to be brought in from other provinces or countries.
We also prepare written translations before and after your event should you request them.

Written Translations
For written translations we charge per standard line. A standard line consists of 55 characters including blanks. The price per line depends on the level of difficulty of the text (general text, technical text, contract, etc.). The price per line covers editing by an editor whose mother tongue is the target language. For very urgent translations, i.e. when the delivery deadline for the translation is extremely short, we charge a surcharge of 25% of the respective price per line.
